Carpentry, textile patterns and ceramics meets in a workshop environment.
In "Hemmets verk " (Works of the Home) we examine the boundaries between home and workshop, work and leisure, objects and spatiality. The exhibition space is a carpentry workshop where we will build a scenography using fine carpentry, hand-printed fabrics and ceramics. The objects we create are often used to give a home its identity. Local and small-scale craft that carries more than a function. We who design the objects are constantly struggling with our own balance between work and leisure.
